"As an artist, I was looking for a way to convey the tragedy and emotion associated with being diagnosed HIV-Positive.

"The images on the cover of this book are not fantasy. If the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the FDA, Big Pharma and the AIDS establishment have their way, every man, woman and child in the United States will be forced to take an HIV test. This means a death sentence for a million or more citizens who will test positive for HIV – death not from a virus that has never been proven to cause any disease or illness, but from the toxic drugs that will be prescribed for those who test Positive. This is nothing short of genocide for profit.

"Are we going to watch our lives, and the lives of others, be taken from us by a lie? Or are we going to stand for truth and accountability from the scientific and medical community? This is no longer a problem limited to gays, intravenous drug users and hemophiliacs – this will affect each and every one of us.

"A true patriot is one who questions authority and is unwilling to back down in the pursuit of truth. My sculpture on the cover will hopefully challenge each of us to make an educated decision, based on the facts, whether to stand in line like sheep going to slaughter, or whether to be the decider of your own future. "
